I researched Longvida very thoroughly. I purchased this because I have issues with my knees and rotator cuffs. I tried just using regular Turmeric (in Golden Milk) for a while, and that helped somewhat. After finding that curcumin was what made Turmeric so great - and that Longvida was the best of the best, I settled on this brand and seller. The package arrived promptly - and I received an additional email from the seller, which I appreciated. I have been taking the product for about 2 weeks now... and have noticed a marked improvement in my arms. Previously I had a very hard time falling asleep and/or a lot of pain when I woke up. Also my range of mobility was compromised. This has improved all of those issues significantly. I can sleep on my side again, and it does not hurt. It's not a miracle cure. I still have stiffness at times.... but it is not as noticeable. This is significantly more than effective than the prescription strength Naproxen I was taking. In terms of pain management benefits, I would almost rank it with a cortisone shot. I am also following an anti-inflammatory diet, but this has taken everything up a notch. Definitely worth it.This is an excellent product and probably one of the most effective curcumin formulations out there. My understanding is they use Longvida curcumin that appears to be a proprietary 257 nm particle that is highly bioavailable. With the added advantage of Boswellia Serrata it contains two of the six supplements my doctor suggested I take for my knee pain. Overall I have been able to reduce my usage of pain killers dramatically thanks to quality nutraceauticals such as this product. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I prefer my nano-curcumin to be in a lipid gel cap rather than straight out dry powder capsule. While you can debate whether it is a nano or micro particle it does appear to have independent research backing its bioavailability and the price is very reasonable. This formulation is what I am depending on for now.I always think it's a little crazy to rate supplements and vitamins since it is probably impossible to measure their quality or effectiveness. That said, I am intrigued by this product in that I seem to have decreased bone and joint pain since taking it. In fact, I delayed refilling and the pain returned. Is it the product? Who knows? Also, I can't speak for the specific brand of longvida, but this one seems well priced.I use this instead of Advil now. Just when my joints are overworked from biking or to relieve cramping during periods. It works way better for me than the anti inflammatory drugs. I don't take it daily but just as needed. I have used this now for months and will always have it on hand. Love that Turmeric is so healthy for us in addition to helping with inflammation.was using a more expensive brand at 70 bucks a bottle,switched to these and they are working good so far and cost is great.I have been taking this for about a week for arthritis and I'm starting to feel some improvement in my feet . With a lot of garbage brands on the market that cannot be trusted, Prohealth is one you can rely on. I will definitely order again .Who knows? It certainly has not killed us, but it's hard to tell if it has really helped. One buys this product on hope. The specs seem better than many of its competitors.Myself and friends have been using this product for a couple of years, one is a massage therapist who's hands get very sore on busy days and reported a remarkable reduction in soreness and swelling.
