Great little bag - amazing quality! I got the Feather pattern since it had a stylish neutral pattern and color that i think is very versatile (although it was hard to decide - the red flower pattern was tempting! :-) ) The fabric is sturdy but soft to the touch and looks like it will repel a bit of water and dirt, which is a plus.There are three outside zippers in the front, one zippered compartment inside the 'main' compartment (with clasp) and one slanted zipper in the back. The very front compartment is just big enough to hold my iPhone 11 and iPhone 14 (they fit best sideways) with extra room for a thin wallet. There are two side pouches, they are not very big (as another reviewer mentioned) but i think they will be great for pens and a small pair of 'cheater' glasses when i take this bag on work trips. A small notebook or journal will fit in the main compartment.The first photo shows the front of the bag with the zippered handle that allows you to convert it to a backpack (so easy!). the second picture shows the gorgeous detail on the zipper pulls - wow!I also really like the soft canvas straps - they match the zipper color and i think will hold up very well. The latches that hold the straps to the bag are nice and sturdy, and it is easy to reconfigure how the straps attach. For over-the-shoulder, i find that attaching both straps to one side works best. You can easily move one strap back to the other side to convert to a backpack.Too bad the bag was not just a bit bigger - my iPad fits into the main compartment but sticks out the top so it can't be zipped closed, but the clasp keeps it from falling out. If they ever make a larger version I will be first in line to get it (with the red flower this time!) but this one fits my needs well and is gorgeous.
