Love the pillow. Really helps with my injured shoulder. Was delivered on Feb 21,2020, zipper pull came off on March 27.2020 ( a little over a month). It had been washed twice. Can't wash it again because I'll never be able to get the pillow case back on. Of course now with the pandemic affecting everything, I can't get anybody on the phone to see if I can get a replacement pillow case. If anybody from Amazon reads this please get in touch with me. Thank you.***** New question. Was told on March 1, 2020 by Rosa, ( manufacturer ) that pillow cases that fit this would be available in 45 days. Well it's been over 45 days, have not seen or heard anything since. I understand that with Covid19, everything is a little out of whack, but it would be nice if someone could/would update.It's a good product. It works great! However, the only beef I have with it is that there was not enough stuffing in it. Once my daughter stuffed it properly, it was perfect! So the only reason I didn't get it all the stars. I do recommend it, but you will have to step it to your own taste.My wife purchased It for me and it was very comfortable, but I just had to finally throw it away. I bought it in May and just threw it out last week (August- lasted 3 months). The zipper for the cover broke in a month, so then I just started washing the pillow and it started to rip. As others stated, it needs more stuffing. I just looked to buy it again but saw it was $75- DEFINITELY not worth the money for the durability.Got it as a gjft, she says it makes a huge difference in her sleep. Worth the extra money, cheaper ones don't work.This pillow worked great for the first few nights! I’ve had neck trouble for years and I woke up feeling great. Unfortunately as one other reviewer mentioned, the stuffing easily flattens and separates, and my sleep wasn’t so great last night.
