Shopping with LS Hair was an amazing shopping experience. The customer service was far beyond anything that I have ever experienced in all of the times I’ve purchased hair. The seller seems genuinely concerned about her customers and their shopping experience. After a brief exchange regarding my concern for the thickness of the hair, the seller immediately sent an additional 12 inch bundle at now cost. Although I was thoroughly impressed with the speediness in which the complimentary bundle was sent, o was more impressed with the care and concern of the seller. The quality of the hair was fabulous. It’s soft and very easy to manage! The customer service with LS Hair, was superior, I would certainly shop with them again!!Hair is worth every penny. Tangle free, lustrous, minimal shedding and no smells. One side of it is sewn weird so it makes it a bit difficult to do a half up ponytail but I found a work around. First time I washed it had a lot of suds even after rinsing thoroughly. I gave up. A month after use and washing again water ran black. Had to wash it in the shower just for it to change to light grey. Not sure why only thing I did was added leave in conditioner and foaming wrap during use. Before 2nd wash i placed the hair in the bag it came with snd it stained the bag. I thought it was my personal headband that did it. But it was the hair.Fast delivery and great quality hair. It doesn't tangle and is soft. I've gotten several comments on the hair.Hair is super soft. No smell/ shedding. 10/10Will be uploading pics soon as I install.This hair is beautiful and thick!!
