The pic shows 3 blinking lapel lights but I only got 2. Plus, they were different. 1 blinked and the other faded between colors. They face of them was different as well so for not the same item. The small rubber piece was missing off the clip on both as well. As far as working condition goes, they both did work and look like they would do exactly as described. However, that doesn't help if you don't get the quantity you expect AND if you receive different products. I will say that the customer service was very good when I pointed this out. My money was refunded with no return. They said it was an issue with the distributor so buyer beware.
