I've been looking for some strength training exercises and came across this one and I'm so glad I did. It was so easy to do. I used 5 lb weights and made it through the whole DVD with no problems. I will confess that I didn't do all the cardio moves because of my bad knees but I had absolutely no problems doing the moves with my weights and Jimmy Pena is easy to listen to. Some of the "trainers" get on my nerves and I can't stand to listen to them but I really enjoyed Jimmy. He keeps you motivated throughout the 33 minute exercise. 33 minutes for 33 days what have I got to lose, except hopefully those dreaded extra pounds.
