When I met MK, she was your average, slightly overweight, on thyroid medication, late 40's woman who was frustrated by her declining health but uninformed about how to improve it. We struggled with similar health conditions such as adrenal fatigue and extra weight. We saw the same doctor for many years and discussed in depth what we were learning from his teachings and treatment. However, as MK's health improved, she sought more answers and even greater results. I watched her surpass any and every limit anyone, including our doctor, put on her due to age, adrenal condition, or social constraints. She has transformed not only her physical appearance but her overall health and innate understanding of what her body needs to feel and perform her best.I was fortunate enough to watch this process firsthand and hear her discover each piece of the puzzle as she put it together. When she said she was compelled to share this knowledge I was excited. Upon reading her book I found it to be an easy to follow summary of the process I had watched her discover and explain to me along her own journey. It was so cool to see it in print and know that other people could benefit from the years of research, trial and error, and blood, sweat (lots of sweat!) she has put into it.The proof is in the pudding. Her pictures do not do her justice. MK looks like she has drunk from the Holy Grail. If you saw her in person you'd guess her age to be about half of what she actually is. Everywhere she goes she draws attention. She radiates not just beauty and fitness but health and hope. I am so thrilled she has decided to share her journey with others.
