I purchased this DVD as a result of the change in FitTv's formatting. Before the formatting change I would check the FitTV schedule on Sundays so that I would not miss her classes. Michelle Lemay's classes are wonderful and I would change my schedule at work to make sure I was home in the evening when she was on the schedule. I love her spirit, the encouraging words she uses as she guides me/you through the positions. This DVD is a great investment if you are serious about staying flexible and healthy. I follow her recommendations and use the DVD at least four days a week. I give it Five Stars all the way!!!Hope Michelle makes more DVD's in the near future.Thanks
