This is the most amazing and therapeutic piece of history! I say history because I have been using this for all the years it's been published and this is my 3rd or 4th purchase of it. I can't remember now because every time I go to put my hands on it I can't find it. That means I've given it away to yet another person in need of an emotional makeover! I've used this recording to sleep by as well as having it as background while reading. It is most excellent for getting to sleep and staying there. This is what I tell everyone who will listen. People with anxiety issues will be amazed at the difference in your life if you are faithful to listening. Dr Weil has been my hero for at least the last 20 yrs! He's a very brilliant and likable person to the point that whenever you see him on anything you stop to note 'what does he have to say now?' You know that whenever he speaks you will learn something new that you can surely use to enhance your life. He doesn't endorse anything fake or trendy. My well being improved greatly after learning to relax and getting decent sleep with this recording. I'd say it's well worth the price to anyone curious about purchasing. I don't think you will be sorry. I've convinced some pretty skeptical folks to listen and to date I have not gotten any negative feedback. Namaste :)
