Core Stretch (20 Minutes): Build flexibility and core strength with this targeted series of stretches and core work to help you improve your posture. Do it at the end of a workout or on its own for a stretching session that's sure to leave you feeling a little taller and lighter. Cardio Dance Sculpt (20 Minutes) Grab a sturdy chair for this dance-inspired, total body cardio toning session. I am 56, and got this video 6 months ago. I workout 5 to 6 days a week with Leslie Sansone Walk @ Home videos, and Beach Body 21 day fix. I now do all 4 workouts from Jessica Smith Total Body Balance DVD (80 mn) each Sunday to get a full body workout and stretch, and get ready for the next week. The moves are easy to follow but still challenging enough. I use 5 lb weights for the firming segment. It always makes me feel great, and I love working out bare feet. It also helped me survive my move to a new house where I carried boxes up and down stairs for days on end.... Doing that video once a week really helps me realign everything! I highly recommend it.
