I recently purchased two creams from Bath & Body Works, and while one arrived in pristine condition, the other was not as expected. The second cream arrived without the aluminum foil protective seal and exhibited numerous scratches and marks, particularly at the corners of the bottle. This condition raises concerns about potential contamination and the overall integrity of the product. Given the premium price of these items, I am disappointed with the condition of this particular product.
