Add a 6th Star for the great training/technique vid-tutorials with KimThis is a great starter set, and although you don't get as many resistant bands as the other offerings on Amazon, these bands are much higher quality. I had previously purchased a less expensive set and barely used them before looking for a higher quality set and came across these. They were great, I even ended up ordering the 50 and 60 pound resistance bands. After many uses though the handles started to fall apart. The tube that is inserted inside the handle moves, and at some point I noticed that that tube was moving so much that it popped out of the sleeve that it sits in. The cloth sleeve that they used fell apart. I hope Bionic will make good and replace them but for now I will take a star off for quality issues.Well after heart surgery, I was sent to rehab. We used these type of bungies to work out with. So I decide to purchase some for myself. They seem to be holding up so far. You are limited to a certain amount of exercise with these but I am able to get an upper body work out with them. For my legs I ride a bike. I took these on vacation and worked out while we were camping. Easy to pack in your duffle bag. I wished they came with a more detailed sketch of the work outs. Other than that it works, beats lagging around a bunch of dumbbells'.I like this set so much I’ve bought 2. I use both door anchors in my double doors and I have the same weight bands on each with two sets. I’ve used them for months daily and they show no wear at all. I prefer the colors to the primary colors every other band set is. The handles are a hard plastic which is my only negative. I prefer a foam padded handle. I also have the bionic bar which I highly recommend as well. Great set!I really like these bands. They are longer than usual, well constructed, and have a good feel in the elasticity. The carabiners also have a heavy solid feel , and are an attractive black. The only negative I have is with the handles. They are curved, not straight. For others that may not be an issue, but I didn't like them. I changed them out for a pair of " Perfect" brand handles to which I attached the carabiners. Every workout so far has has been great. There are many videos on YouTube about muscle building with resistance bands. If you are looking for a good home bodybuilding tool, give these a try.Quality is amazing, only one that has safety cord, love the colors, it's the perfect kit!Got this for a birthday gift for my Dad and he absolutely loves it. He even does it in his chair.Perfect for at-home workouts during quarantine.Included weights are just right for beginner-level intensity to moderate/intermediate-level intensity. If you are intermediate the 60lb & 80lb tubes they have for sale individually will be great with this set’s accessories. The included lbs are still great for iso resistance work as well as rehab work for all levels.So far I really like this product. Well done and easy to use it. The resistance set is nice. I just think that for the price should come with a booklet or something for you to get ideas Of exercises. I tried to look online, apps but nothing to follow long enough or good enough for my surprise. If anyone knows please post it!Love this set. Perfect for travel and fitness at home. The purple tube is more of a blue/grey colour. But they all go together nicely. I bought an extra ankle strap and a bar. For lat pull downs. Really happy with the quality. The hooks are very durable and everything about this set screams quality.ok for the price and for doing light workouts. Don't expect massive results with this little set.
