Very satisfied with product , I couldn't connect to Wifi at first , and I am very satisfied with the patience of the customer service staff to help meIf you want a basic body camera that takes great quality pictures and has battery and memory for 8-10 hours, this is it! It does not have a screen, but we don't want our guys playing with it while they work. With the base it is easy to download and charge. It is relatively sturdy and our guys have tried to abuse them but all 5 Boblov F1 cameras we have are still working after months of use.A great camera for our needs.After a few days of very little use when I try to turn my unit ON it rings like an old style telephone for about 30 seconds, and doesn't power on. THIS is ALL it does now; it will not even turn on. I typically hate to write negative reviews, but I suggest you buy a different brand if you are looking for a body camera. I noticed a few misspelled words i the users manual, which made me worry I might have bought something sub par, but NOW I am CERTAIN of it. I'm a busy person, I do not have time to play "Ship it" with these people and return the item so they can send me something else. I'll toss this one in the trash, and warn those who might be considering one to pick something else.Returned my new one that wouldnt stop beeping and they said its would be replaced. So called new one showed up and it has recordings of kids crying on it and a mans kitchen. That is not new come onsetting the time and date is a little tricky. it uses a method similar to the text files used in the unix/linux world. there is no real explanation for the syntax in the little instruction booklet which btw, i had to use a loop to read. i am older so my eyesight is not what it use to be and i couldn't find one on line.Pretty rugged with the rubber costing. Works as advertised. Pretty good battery life. Lightweight. I use it to go out in public incase some mishap.Good bang for your buck.
