The sound must have been edited out because had it been present, one would think twice about buying it in the first place. Instructions were rather inadequate- it never mentioned the battery compartment. Generally, I don't try to pull parts apart unless there is an indication to do so. Overall, it seemed cheaply made. The handle extension position doesn't seem to stay put. The whole thing somehow seems easier to use for leftys. I'm not.
