I bought this pillow when I was about 24 weeks along and I am now 31 weeks and have gained about 25 lbs which seems to only be in my huge belly :) . I wanted to use it for awhile before reviewing. I love all the different ways it can be used and flipped. I did have to "grow into" it at first because when I lay on my left side, the small wedge is under my belly and I still had a lot of room between me and the wedge at first. I still have room but not as much so its more comfortable. It doesn't lose its shape or become flat. It is huge however. My fiance is military and has been gone for training, so room in my queen bed wasn't an issue until he came home. Now room is limited but its not too crowded. I think buying a pillow designed for pregnancy was a smart choice. A lot of people said dont spend the money and just buy a body pillow but this pillow is much better designed than a simple body pillow. I also did not want to spend the money, so I tried cushioning myself with regular pillows before I splurged and still did not work. This was a good investment. It keeps me from tossing and turning as well.
