About the Artist Inspired by their humble beginnings in Chicago, the group 3 Piece represents a return to the harmony of R & B/Urban music. They released an indie project on a Chicago-based label, which helped them woo listeners and gain new fans in several key markets in Florida, New York, Michigan, Wisconsin and others. The debut album First Come First Served sold more than 80,000 copies and the first single Ohh Ahh was tremendously received by radio listeners across the U.S. Ohh Ahh ran for (42) weeks on top rated Clear Channel-Chicago station, WGCI, breaking the national record for longest running single, a slot previously held by R. Kelly at 36weeks. A treat for the ladies as well as any live and acapella music lover, 3 Piece has shared the stage with industry heavyweights such as: Jay-Z, R. Kelly, Mary J. Blige, Brian McKnight, Ja Rule, Jahiem, Mario, Omarion, Marcus Houston, Nelly, LL Cool J, Dru Hill, Jagged Edge, Tyrese, Kanye West, and Twista, among others.
