I'm a small, but have a bit of a belly, so I wanted to wear something that would slim it down. It did absolutely nothing for me. It was hard to put on as it was tight, but not tight enough at the stomach area to minimize the belly. Giving it 3 stars cause it did smooth it a little bit, but did not actually work the way I was hoping it would
