I bought this for my husbands car and he was very happy with it. Fit bath and body works scents perfectly!So I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but one day I was minding my own business, when I felt a drip on my right arm. I look at the black drop, look up to see where this unknown liquid came from, and I swear to you I thought I was in a new Venom movie ? There was a 3 inch gooey black substance coming off of my clip and without thinking I grabbed a napkin from my center consol to grab the drip to keep it from hitting my seat. Upon further inspection I realized the oil inside the packet had somehow fused with the matte black paint and caused this melting reaction. Not sure exactly what's going to happen now, but I know for sure my clip is a shiny black instead of matte and I still don't have superpowers.No scent in my car. Not worth the moneyThis product stinks. The refillable option is great and I thought it would save money but the refills are expensive. The clip also comes apart very easily and opens which releases the scent pack. Since cars get hot, it unclips and it is hard to put back because it is so hot! Would not recommend.I was so excited to receive this item because I had been gifted several refills. When I received my item, the plastic latch looked as though it had been stretched, so it would not close all the way. I tried it anyway, and as soon as I went to put it on my visor, it popped open and my refill fell out onto my lap. I tried several times to keep it closed, and no matter what I did, as soon as it was latched onto the visor it opened.I went to return it, but apparently this item is not eligible for any returns. Incredibly disappointed.Great for getting your favorite Bath & Body Works candle scents into your car. Easy to use. A bit pricey but worth it.Good product, awful price! I paid way too much for this item simply because it wasn't available on the Bath & Body Works website. It works perfectly though.
