Great book for getting in shape and doing it the smart way. No funny diets or crazy exercise routines. Just a lot of good advice that really works if you follow the plan. I started Jan 1st and have lost inches and pounds and feel fantastic. And eating 5-6 small meals a day you are never hungry.I really like it that she takes into consideration the different ages/stages of a woman' life and gives you sound advice for each one.
