Loved itThis product will work like a laxative I don’t know about loosing weight but it will clean you outI was unsure about another cleanser, however this was easy in the body no serious cramping. I would say though in the first two days do be sure to be near a restroom. After that now worries. Will use this product againI am about to resume my fitness journey and I hear these are great to reset your body. I am about to try them and will be back to share my results.This product caused my wife and I to get really sick and have horrible stomach cramps. We are very health and regularly cleanse. Tried this product and will NEVER get it again and recommend nobody else does . unless they love pain and sickness.Definitely works if you have chronic constipation. But if you generally eat well, you may want to take less than the suggested dose. Yikes! No pain though. But very effective.So clean I can whistleSave your money. I was more regular before taking this product. Gave me the absolute worst headache in the world despite drinking a gallon of water per day. Now I have gas all the time which I never had before.
