Well there are so many hokey & lame things about this workout and I could pick it apart but I'm 48 and it just feels so good on my back! You hold a bar (broomstick - whatever) and go to town with twists & moves that feel so good on your back! After doing The Firm, P90X, Jari Love, Supreme 90 type workouts, every 4th workout, I do a workout that is "good for you" like yoga, pilates, ball workouts and yes, I like this one enough to add to that category! The workout is silly as he has funny/stupid names for muscles (hamstrings - hamerooskies) and his counting is way off, the outfits are atrocious and the young girl does weight work too fast but my back loves it! So I just ignore all the negatives, use my own judgement and enjoy the way it makes my back feel!
