I've been using this brand of shower diverters on a lot of our companies projects lately. They look great and come in a lot of colors. Will continue to use them.The product is very sturdy. My contractor had to by additional products to install this in our shower. The water flow is niceThe body jets and wand sprayer fittings are really short. Consider the dept of your tile, thin-set, waterproofing and backer board thickness. I had to be careful not to plumb the female fittings too deep before closing everything up. Use telfon thread sealant and not the teflon tape that comes with it.Make sure you have adequate water pressure to run the jets, I am lucky great pressure love it!!!Handheld spray leaks when turned off and not in useI don’t normally write reviews unless I’m really impressed with a product and I am with this one. We built a new 3x5 shower, this was the perfect fit we are extremely satisfied with the whole system. Only warning is your water bill is going to go up as you will be taking much longer showers.I have the shower roughed in. It definitely seems sturdy/well made, but i cannot comment on the water flow yet. The instructions are absolutely useless. That added a lot of time trying to figure out the depths of the various shower heads and sprays. And so I'm nervous about tiling because I still can't tell if the female drop ears are recessed too far or not far enough.This shower system is great, for me I have lots of pressure coming from the jets and hand held shower. The rainfall shower is soothing and relaxing. I will warn you it is not an easy installation, you will need an expert to help you. In my case I had to move pipes around and do special modifications for it to fit in my bathroom.Overall I'm very happy and excited everything worked out. My advice is, this product is worth the money but once again you will need an expert.The shower head is flimsy and too smallJets are poorly made and rubber nozzles are cheaply madeoverall one start because I expected a better quality built shower set when I paid over $500
