First, it appears the hair was coming from the USA but it came from China. Beautiful straight from the bag. Once colored and professionally installed, the hair turned into a hot matted mess. I was embarrassed at the quality. If I didn't paddle brush it every few minutes it would appear dry and matted. It retained zero shine or moisture. I tried to give it a chance before posting a review (my first Amazon review even though I'm a frequent buyer). In fact it's been over a month and as a professional, I had to make the decision to remove this costly investment. I purchased a silk closure from this company as well (closure never matted). But after spending almost $700 with hair, closure, color and cost of installation, I'm out of a lot of money and I'm not happy one bit!Tight welt. Very little shedding. Soft and natural looking.i bought this hair in January, I am currently on my 3rd install. I have the body wave, its like buying 3 different types of hair, you can wear it as body wave, curl it, flat iron it, or my favorite part when you wet it, hair hair waves up into caribbean wave style.
