This is good quality and is nice and tight for post op. Unfortunately, it doesn't go down long enough on my arms for post-op lipo, and also it is extremely tight in the arm seams and shoulders. I have average/slightly broad shoulders and this is very uncomfortable through the shoulders and arms. Abdomen was very, very tight (but good), legs and thighs were fine. Crotch opening was the right size and comfortable in that area. I am 5'7" 185 lbs (I consider myself athletic-build or big boned) after multi-area lipo.It was a little smaller than I wanted I’m size 10-12...5’3....195lbs. The first day was horrible! It was so tight and uncomfortable but the second and third day in a row I started to see my body change when I took it off. Definitely worth the money. I had to cut the arms off though cuz they we’re waaaay too tight. Also my butt looks amazing! I posted a pic of me not wearing it so you can see the difference eI brought 2 this one and another that look similar but without the arms. It’s really tight fitting I can only keep it on for an hour . I like the fact it has clips and zipperWoooo i ran out of breath putting it on , But damn this thing sucks you up on all the right spots .. Definitely recommend ... Went to a 2x to a XL to now in a Large love it my body changing and hitting the curves all in the right placesI love this item!Me Encanto la faja muy buen material se lo recomiendo.BuenoBuena tela pero no me ajusta como quisiera pero 159 lbs
