Had this on VHS and used it so much that the tape started to warp. So happy that it is on DVD. No more warping and I'll have plenty more years of challenging yet entertaining workouts. It's a long workout but it really gives you a nice mix of upper lower and middle body exercises. It mixes up the moves so it doesn't feel too repetitious and the ab exercise at the end is killer. I feel accomplished and really good about myself after finishing this video because it is challenging, even as someone who is physically active. Ally is my favorite Firm instructor and this is my favorite Firm video.
