Presented in full detail by Tom Cochran, who has been practicing and teaching lomilomi: Hawaiian Temple Bodywork since the early 1990's. This high quality production contains four segments: An introduction that includes philosophy and principles; The teaching segment that includes all of the fundamental forearm runs and techniques; A review segment that is a quick reminder of all of the runs; A final segment to demonstrate how the runs connect into a continuous flow. An accompanying booklet adds important details about table height, draping, oil, body mechanics, breath and more.
