GET ALL 4 FIT BALL SERIES WORKOUTS Welcome to the Fit Ball Series. These workouts will help to take your pilates mat work to another level. Using the ball you will engage multiple muscle fibers at one time giving you maximum results in minimum time. The great thing about the ball is that it will give you a challenging yet low impact and joint friendly workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. THE WORKOUTS ARE: Bums and Tums (27 mins): You will start with an obliques focused series squeezing the ball between your calves, then move on to a tough glute bridge series with one leg up on the ball, followed by a crunch variations series to hit your upper and side abs and finally a glute raises series using the ball as an elevation Upper and Lower (41 mins): You will start with some ball squeezes, move a side leaning arms set, then a front of thigh raises and extensions series, a back set on the ball and finally a hip thrust series with interesting single and double leg combinations. Total Body Express (27 mins): You start standing with a series of sways, squats and lunges, then you move into a tough push ups set, crunch variations, v-ups and finally some inner thigh ball squeezes. Inner and Outer Thighs (38 mins): You will start with lying inner thigh ball squeezes, move to a outer thigh raise series using the ball for extra range of motion, then an inner thigh series with the ball as added weight and finally an outer thigh focused series using the ball as an elevation. I have owned a fit ball for a long time, but I never knew how to truly challenge myself with it until I found Barlates Body Blitz. Linda's fit ball workouts have so many fun and unique workouts that you feel challenged, never get bored, and get good results. My absolute favorite are the glute and inner thigh exercises with the fit ball. Those are areas that can be hard to target and these exercises Linda came up with really get into them. During the elevated bridge my glutes and hamstrings were screaming at me. I highly recommend this series to tone your entire body. I have gotten better results doing Barlates with these exercises that use only bodyweight, the ball, bands, and ankle weights compared to strength training.
