Upper Body Burnout (30 mins): Strengthen and define your upper body with the use of light hand weights. I love these upper body workouts! I come back to them frequently, especially upper body burnout and strong and slender arms. These are the types of workouts that I think do the most for the shape of my arms and to improve my posture. And don’t be fooled, just because they are light weight or body weight workouts, they are still very challenging. And you get so much content for the money!
