This shaper was fine for what I needed. My main purpose of this shapewear was to keep my thighs from rubbing together and add an extra layer under a thin dress. I’m 200lb and 5’6” with 38DD bra and ordered the XL, as is my usual size. The elastic in the entire piece was not as tight and “snatching” as I was hoping. However, the dress I used it for was loose and not fitted and I didn’t necessarily need a skin tight fit. The looseness of the shaper caused some fit issues at the top of my thighs/groin/lower belly and felt like there was too much fabric. I had concerns that maybe the bottom of the shorts would be too tight and cut into my skin, but that part seemed to fit well. They did not roll up.The bust and belly were also just slightly loose.I'm normally a size xxl or18/20 I got the XL bc people said to size down, I could use a Lg. Not much compression but if it was snugger it might smooth curves out more. Haven't decided if I'll keep or exchange. Great for long torso/tall folks!Exactly what I needed! Stretchy fabric that hugs your curves and defines them. the price was just right not cheap and not to expensive either. I like it a lot.Not enough tention in the abdominal area and it doesn't smooth out curves.
