One of the things I look for in a book is ideas that leave me thinking long after I finish reading it. By that measure, this book was a resounding success. First and foremost was the idea that my soft and out of shape body could, with the right choices, be a witness for the relationship I have with my heavenly Father. I know, your thinking, "Well, duh!" but, honestly, it's not something I have given much consideration before and this book laid out out so beautifully. Of course, there were numerous other ideas for consideration, each lovingly told by women doing there best to live by their own teachings. I highly recommend this book.
